Black Bean Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Boboli thin crust
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. hot red pepper sauce (optional)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1/2 c. diced red bell peppers
    1/4 c. sliced scallions
Preparation
    Bake for 7 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Serve with salsa.
    Also, mix 1/2 cup fat free sour cream with 1/4 cup taco sauce to serve on side.
