15 Minute Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2/3 c. water
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    buttered noodles
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat and cut in small pieces.
    Heat fat in skillet until you have 3 Tbsp. melted.
    Brown meat quickly.
    Add water and mushrooms.
    Stir in soup mix and heat until boiling. Blend sour cream and flour; add to meat mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickens.
    Serve over hot noodles.
