Raisin Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/4 lb. sweet butter
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins, soaked overnight in 1 c. water and 1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Add raisins, liquid and vanilla.
    Beat together.
    Add flour, baking powder and walnuts alternately.
    Beat together and put into well greased pan and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
