Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled tomatoes, chopped
    3/4 lb. brown sugar (dark brown)
    1 pt. vinegar
    1/2 lb. white raisins
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 green chili peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix and cook slowly until soft and thick, about 2 hours. Bottle.
    Good with hamburgers, hot dogs and any meat dish.
