Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar together until creamy.
    Beat in salt and vanilla until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Add the flour a bit at a time and beat very, very, very well.
    Pour into a greased, floured tube pan or bread pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until a straw or knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Makes 1 small cake.
