Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. poppy seed (optional)
Preparation
    Mix altogether and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
