Microwave Jello Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) jello
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mochiko
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water and stir well.
    Add sugar and mochiko mixture to jello liquid and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour mixture into 12-inch microwave Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave for 5 minutes on High.
    Remove plastic wrap and cool.
    Slice with plastic knife.
    Dip mochi in 1/2 cup potato starch.
    Shake off excess starch.
    Yield:
    30 pieces.
