India Relish Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans French-style beans
    8 strips bacon, fried
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. India relish
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
    Set aside.
    Cook chopped onion in grease from bacon.
    Drain off grease.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place in a Pyrex casserole.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0.
