Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. drained mushrooms
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles and drain, then stir in spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, water and mushrooms.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer noodles, 1/3 meat, 1/2 cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat with noodles, meat, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Last layer noodles.
Spread with meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 35 to 45 minutes after hot and bubbly.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
