Ingredients

1 can coconut
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream oleo; add coconut, sugar, vanilla, vinegar, salt and beaten eggs.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes in low heated oven at 300\u00b0.
