Sour Cream Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 med. cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1 TBSP. white vinegar
dash white pepper
1/4 c. light sour cream
Preparation

Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt.
Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain liquid.
Add onions, vinegar and pepper.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
