Pasta Chicken And Sundried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. sundried tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. onions, sliced thin
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 lb. penne noodles
Preparation
    Heat broth to a boil.
    Pour over sundried tomatoes and leave about 30 minutes, until tomatoes are soft.
    Meanwhile, in a nonstick frypan, heat oil over low heat.
    Add onions.
    Cook, covered, until very soft (20 minutes).
    Uncover and raise heat to medium, stirring often, for 10 minutes.
