Rice Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 large sliced mushrooms
    1 small can cashews
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add rice and stir. Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir to mix well.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
