Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices ham
8 to 10 potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
about 1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 c. milk
Preparation

Layer potatoes, ham and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
Mix soups together with milk and pour over top. Cover and cook in slow cooker 8 to 10 hours.
