Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Place a heaping cup of raisins in enough water to cover; simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Add margarine and egg.
    Spread the raisins in the pie crust.
    Gently spread mixture over raisins.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown.
