Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    2 1/2 to 3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spread sausage in mixing bowl; sprinkle with the cheese.
    Mix together.
    Gradually add 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix.
    If mixture is a little soft, add remaining 1/2 cup biscuit mix.
    When mixture is ready, shape into balls the size of marbles.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 until brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).
    Makes about 4 dozen.
