Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery
1 green pepper
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
Preparation
-
Add cabbage and vinegar together, then let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat for 1 minute, then cool.
Drain this mixture and add all other ingredients.
You can also freeze if you wish.
