Spanish Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Roast of Beef
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato Juice
    Onion
    Green Pepper
Preparation
    Place beef roast in pan and add juice over it.
    Slice onions and green pepper onto beef and sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
