White Sangria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange, sliced and seeded
    1 lemon, sliced and seeded
    1 lime, sliced and seeded
    2 whole cinnamon sticks
    1/2 to 1 c. brandy
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 bottles white Burgundy
    1 qt. club soda
    1 c. vodka (optional)
Preparation
    Place fruit and cinnamon sticks in a bowl and add brandy. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
    Add sugar, fruit and brandy mixture to wine.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
    When ready to serve, remove cinnamon sticks; add club soda and vodka.
    Pour over crushed ice.
    Add maraschino cherries for more color.
