Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

eggplant, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch
1 egg, beaten
salt, pepper and onion salt to taste
Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine the egg, salt, pepper and onion.
Dip eggplant in egg mixture, then roll in Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs.
Put on greased pan.
Put 1/2 teaspoon butter on top of each slice.
Broil until golden brown.
Turn over, add butter, bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
