Sausage-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. milk
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry scalloped potato mix
    1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the water, milk and packet from potato mix. Add potato slices, sausage, mixed vegetables and onion.
    Mix.
    Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour.
