Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
water as needed
oil as needed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Continue adding water until mixture resembles heavy cream.
With a soup ladle, drop mix into hot oil (1/4-inch) to form small pancakes.
Cook until edges are brown; flip.
Repeat.
