Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
    Combine eggs, sugar and oil in medium mixing bowl.
    Mix well. Stir in carrots and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in pecans.
    Pour batter into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
