Steak Or Chicken Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak or chicken, partially frozen
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice meat into 4 x 1/4-inch strips and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow dish.
    Add steak, coating well. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove steak from refrigerator and place on skewers.
    Add fresh vegetables if you like.
    Grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until desired level of doneness is reached.
    Baste frequently with marinade.
