No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry granular yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1/4 to 1/3 c. soft shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warn water.
    Add sugar, salt and about half of the flour.
    Beat well for 2 minutes.
    Add egg and shortening, and gradually beat in remaining flour until smooth.
    Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator, punching it down occasionally, as dough rises.
