Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. flaked coconut, chopped slightly
Preparation

Cream butter with 2 tablespoons sugar until blended.
Add vanilla and flour; mix well.
Stir in coconut.
Shape in 3 dozen balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Chill 15 minutes, then bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 15 minutes, or until very lightly browned.
Roll at once in confectioners sugar.
