Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar together.
    Add flour alternately with grated zucchini.
    Add vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased 5 x 9 x 3-inch loaf pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 until cake test comes out clean.
