Mom'S Blueberry Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream the shortening.
    Add sugar, beaten eggs and milk.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in blueberries which have been rolled in a little of measured sugar and flour.
    Bake in shallow greased and floured pan in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for about 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 sheet cake (12 x 8 x 1-inch).
