Cottage Cheese Butterhorns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
dash of salt
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 c. flour
almond flavoring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
Divide dough into fourths.
Roll out and fold over as butterhorns.
Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
While warm, ice with frosting of your choice.
You can also add slivered almonds on top, if desired.
