Chicken Stew(30 Gallons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 chickens (fryers or broilers)
    30 lb. potatoes
    10 lb. onions
    5 gal. corn
    10 gal. tomatoes
    2 gal. tomato paste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    The salt and pepper can be put in while the chickens are cooking and then again if it does not taste like it has enough. Usually I put salt in the chicken and potatoes while they are cooking and then add the pepper while it is cooking all together.
