Peach-Raspberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    3 c. sliced peaches
    10 oz. red raspberries
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter; set aside.
    In saucepan, blend 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in peaches and raspberries.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Drop dough from tablespoon onto hot fruit, making 6 mounds.
    Sprinkle additional sugar on dough.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
    Serve with cream if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
