Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    10 flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown flour, chili powder and oil.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups water gradually.
    Bring to boil; turn on low.
    Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
    Add enchilada sauce and tomato sauce; simmer.
    Dip tortilla in flour mixture; lay on plate.
    Add beef and cheese.
    Fold in; lay in pan.
    Do all 10 tortillas; sprinkle with extra cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
