Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix bran, sugar, flour, salt and soda.
Beat eggs, milk and oil.
Add to bran mixture.
Mix thoroughly and store in refrigerator in covered container.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
