Cheesy Onion Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. minced, seeded jalapeno pepper
    1 pkg. (6-inch) flour tortillas (1 doz.)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
    Spread on one side of tortillas.
    Roll up tightly.
    Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Slice into 1-inch pieces.
    Serve with picante sauce.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
