Chili-Topped Taters(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef or ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
    8 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt or low-fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown ground beef with 1/2 cup onion and drain. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, pepper, tomatoes and kidney beans.
    Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
    To serve, cut and break open baked potatoes.
    Top with meat mixture, yogurt or sour cream, cheese and green onions.
