Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    buttered noodles
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add meat, onion and garlic.
    Cook until meat is brown.
    Drain off grease.
    Stir in flour, then add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes over heat.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over buttered noodles.
    Serves 6.
