Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    onion, chopped
    1 can beef broth (double strength)
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Pour in onion over butter.
    Add 1 can water; sprinkle in 1 cup rice.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
