Fried Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rabbits (about 1 1/4 lb. each)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry rabbits.
    Cut rabbits into quarters.
    Salt and pepper rabbits.
    Dust with flour and brown in oil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Add water and simmer 45 minutes or until rabbit is tender.
    Thicken liquid in pan and serve over cooked rice.
