Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
salt and pepper
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. American cheese, shredded
6 eggs, mixed with 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Fry potatoes until done in a 10-inch skillet.
In separate skillet, fry bacon; drain and crumble.
Drain potatoes, then pour egg mixture over top of fried potatoes.
Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 8 or 10 minutes, until eggs are set.
Take from oven. Place shredded cheese over egg-potato mixture.
Add bacon to top of casserole.
Place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serves 8 to 10.
