Green Beans With Dill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1 1/2 tsp. unsalted margarine
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

In large saucepan, bring an inch of unsalted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook, covered, for 6 or 7 minutes or until just tender.
Drain in a colander.
Rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking and drain again.
In the same saucepan, melt the margarine over moderate heat.
Return the beans to the pan and toss for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Add lemon juice, pepper and dill.
Toss again and serve.
Serves 4.
