Lemony Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bottle Minute Maid lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. crushed thyme leaves
    1/8 tsp. liquid pepper sauce
    1 broiler fryer (about 2 1/2 lb.), quartered
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, butter, thyme and pepper sauce in a small bowl.
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
    Place chicken bone side down on grill over hot coals.
    Baste frequently with sauce.
    Serve with remainder of sauce.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
