Calorie Watchers Pasta With Shrimp, Scallops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 red pepper, thinly sliced
    1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 Bermuda onion, thinly sliced
    8 oz. clam juice
    1/2 lb. bay scallops
    8 oz. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    9 oz. fresh pasta or 16 oz. boxed pasta
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. heavy cream (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, peppers and onion in oil for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add parsley, clam juice, cream * and scallops.
    Cook gently until scallops are tender.
    Add shrimp and cook (1 to 2 minutes).
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour or ladle over freshly cooked pasta.
