Blueberry Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soft butter
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and egg.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to butter mixture alternately with milk.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Grease a 9-inch square baking pan and pour in batter.
    Top with topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
