Real Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. cream-style corn
1 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl.
Melt in bread pan 1 tablespoon lard or shortening.
Pour sizzling grease into mixture. Pour into hot pan.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
