Coquilles St. Jacques - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Swiss Gruyere cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 cup margarine in skillet.
    Add scallops and mushrooms.
    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until scallops are done. Divide scallops and mushrooms into 4 shallow dishes or shells.
