Mexican Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baking potatoes
    3 strips bacon, cut up
    1/2 small onion, cut up
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic granules
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Cool and slice.
    Saute bacon and onions (do not drain grease).
    Add potatoes, chili powder and garlic.
    Fry until potatoes are heated.
    I use an iron skillet.
