Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. Kretschmer original wheat germ
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
Preparation

Heat the oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and salt.
