Voleano Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    3/4 c. hot milk
    1/2 c. cream or margarine
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper. Add milk, cream or margarine and baking powder.
    Whip until light and smooth.
    Pour into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
