Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in saucepan.
    Stir until mixture comes to a boil.
    Reduce heat and continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes until rice is soft and mixture is creamy.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and chill.
