Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, mix first three ingredients.
    Stir mixture with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms.
    Stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
    Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Combine melted butter and garlic.
    Brush over warm biscuits before removing from pan.
    Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
